Affirmed Housing - Aria
G|M Business Interiors created a bright and modern living environment for an affordable housing complex located in Los Angeles.
In partnership with architecture and design firm, AC Martin, and general contractor Walton Construction, G|M Business Interiors furnished the interiors of Affirmed Housing's new "Aria" affordable housing complex located in Los Angeles.
As a permanent supportive housing development, Aria offers enhanced social services for formerly chronically homeless individuals living in Los Angeles. The Aria complex features 57 supportive housing units including 47 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) studios, 9 LIHTC one-bedrooms, and a resident manager’s unit. Located at 1532 Cambria Street, the housing complex partners with Homeless Health Care Los Angeles to provide extensive services to individuals in need.
In addition to housing units, this six-story building offers community spaces and a relaxing rooftop terrace for residents to enjoy. This project features products from a variety of manufacturers including Herman Miller, HAY, Geiger, OFS, National, Arcadia, SitOnIt, Landscape Forms, and others.
