G|M Business Interiors partnered with DIV13 and general contractor NextGen Building Group to create a modern workplace environment for the County of San Diego.
The County of San Diego chose to partner with G|M Business Interiors when looking to refresh their old, outdated space with a new, refreshed, and modern aesthetic. This two-floor project includes 211 workstations, 16 desking units, private offices, conference rooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, a break room, and several collaboration spaces.
Each workstation and private office received height-adjustable table bases, monitor arms, and desk-top convenience power units to create an ergonomic space for employees. Furniture from this project includes Herman Miller Canvas Wall Workstations and Canvas Private Offices, Elevate Height-Adjustable Table Bases and Desk-Top Convenience Power Units, ESI Monitor Arms, SitOnIt Chairs, Via Chairs, Aurora Times-2 Storage, and more.
When selecting furniture and finishes, G|M worked closely with the County to incorporate bright pops of greens and blues, while also ensuring we stayed true to their government roots. The client chose to integrate DIRTT walls as provided by DIV13 to allow for some separation of space and division within the interior of the building.
