Fuscoe Engineering
G|M Business Interiors created a modern, vibrant, and welcoming workplace environment for civil engineering firm, Fuscoe Engineering.
G|M Business Interiors collaborated with design firm Hendy to establish a dynamic and contemporary workspace for Fuscoe Engineering. Known for its inventive problem-solving capabilities, Fuscoe Engineering, an employee-owned civil engineering firm, aspired to create a new headquarters fostering a culture of holistic thinking, promoting creativity, and fostering collaboration among its various teams.
The layout of Fuscoe's fresh workspace is centered around prioritizing employee well-being, integrating ample natural light, and eco-friendly materials, and inviting areas that facilitate team interactions. This endeavor entailed a comprehensive MillerKnoll solution, which encompassed the use of Knoll Reff for private offices, Knoll Dividends workstations, Dateweiser conference tables complemented by Herman Miller Setu Chairs, Muuto in ancillary spaces, and Herman Miller Meridian storage solutions. The project boasts 87 workstations, 17 private offices, a spacious breakroom, and various collaborative areas. The project was led by G|M Account Executive, Brian Ogden.
Fuscoe's vision was to cultivate a workplace that ensures comfort and ergonomic support and beckons employees back into the office with a warm and inviting ambiance. The complete transformation of Fuscoe's workspace integrates cutting-edge technology for enhanced hybrid workflows, purposefully designed zones to promote seamless team communication and custom-designed graphics that pay tribute to the firm's distinct identity. Within the premises, visitors will encounter design elements that pay homage to Fuscoe's expertise in civil engineering, with sculptural ceilings inspired by geographical contours and the use of natural, earthy stone materials.
