G|M Business Interiors seamlessly creates a bright and inviting space for UCSD Health
G|M Business Interiors recently concluded a project with UC San Diego Health's Center for Airway, Voice & Swallowing and Obstetrics & Gynecology clinics. The project was a fruitful partnership with the UCSD Clinics Team, Burger Construction, and RBN Design, culminating in an 11,843 square foot facility.
During this project, G|M streamlined the design process by implementing the UCSD standard devised for the clinic team. This showcased the successful integration of standards with project-specific fabric and finishes to yield a distinct clinic. Furthermore, G|M accommodated the client's specific requirement for Mora casework, enabling a floor-to-ceiling cabinet that could house, store, and charge a movable cart.
The project consisted of 24 exam rooms, three nurses' stations, two reception areas, two waiting rooms, two breakrooms, three private and shared offices, four work rooms, and a conference room. Products chosen for these spaces ranged from Herman Miller Mora, Motia, and Canvas to other manufacturers such as Kimball, National, OFS, and Carolina.
